Body awareness and deep core
Get ready for a real challenge. This class will make you sweat and push your limits. With a focus on body awareness and the deep core, you will develop the skills needed to brace better in your WOD lifts and improve your overall posture. Your coach will ensure you stay fully engaged throughout the session.
Better range of motion = better technique
The more you train and lift heavy, the more important it becomes to prioritize recovery and stretching to maintain your range of motion. Better range of motion leads to better technique and better lifts. If you do not have time for your own daily mobility routine or are unsure where to start, begin here with your coach through a mix of stretching, myofascial release, and classic Kelly Starrett-inspired mobility work.
Free-style dance-inspired workout

Move gently yet effectively
A low-impact mat class designed to move gently yet effectively. The session begins with a full-body warm-up, then transitions into targeted muscle-focused exercises, gradually building heat and cardio as movements become larger and more repetitive. It provides just enough movement and flow to create a gentle challenge, with the right amount of recovery to help you catch your breath and recharge. Suitable for all levels and perfect for an active rest day.
